I can't sign in

Last updated October 19, 2026

If you have trouble signing in with Google, open the site in your phone's main browser (like Chrome or Safari), not in the browser inside another app.

Steps

  1. If you opened the page from an app like Instagram or TikTok, copy the link and open it in your phone's main browser instead.

  2. You can also try signing in from a private or incognito window, and check that your browser settings allow cookies.

  3. If you still can't sign in, email us at support@referati.ai.
