My task failed, what do I do?

If a task fails, the credits you spent are returned to your balance automatically. You can then try again, perhaps with a simpler prompt.

Steps

   If a task doesn't complete, the credits are returned to your balance automatically, usually within a few minutes.

2. 2

   Try the task again. You can use the retry button on the failed task or rephrase your instructions to be simpler.

3. 3

   If your credits aren't back in half an hour, or if the same task fails three times in a row, write to us in the support chat.
