Refund Policy

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund for your credit pack.

To start a refund, email us at support@referati.ai with the order reference from your confirmation email. We handle all requests promptly. There are no forms to fill out and no processing fees.

Your 14-Day Right

Our service provides digital credits for immediate use. When you purchase a credit pack, you receive access to your credits right away. At checkout, you expressly consent to this immediate access.

This is a standard practice for digital services under consumer law. The 14-day refund right applies to any credits you have not spent.

If you have used some credits from a pack, you can receive a refund for the remaining, unused portion. A pack you have not used at all remains fully refundable for the entire 14-day period.

Automatic Credit Returns

Sometimes an AI action might fail. When this happens, the credits for that action are returned to your balance automatically and instantly. You do not need to contact us.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

The transaction will be handled either by us or by our merchant of record, who may act as our reseller. If our merchant of record’s buyer refund policy grants you more than this policy does, the more protective terms apply.

Please allow a few business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable law.
