   Check if your browser is blocking pop-ups. If that doesn't help, try downloading with an up-to-date browser like Chrome, Edge, or Safari.

   If you're on an iPhone and can't download from Safari, try on a computer. You can also tap the file's card in the chat to read it there.

   If the file seems damaged or still won't open, contact us in the support chat.
